1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the audioglyph.io platform. The seller and contracting party is Audioglyph.io ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age.

2. The service

audioglyph.io is a platform for electronic music artists and professionals. It provides tools such as a personal artist page, smart links, an EPK/press-kit builder, a rider builder, contacts and notes, a calendar, artist analytics, an artwork generator, market insights, a knowledge map, and an industry dictionary. Features available to you depend on your plan (Artist Free, Artist Pro, or Artist Plus).

3. Licence and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You must not misuse the service, including:

• Using it for unlawful purposes, fraud, or spam;
• Infringing intellectual property rights of others;
• Interfering with security or availability (malware, probing, scraping, or circumventing technical limits);
• Reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing the service.

4. Your account and content

You must keep your account credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You retain ownership of the content you upload (music, images, text). You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the software, documentation, design, and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers any of our IP to you.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans (Artist Pro, Artist Plus) are billed as recurring subscriptions. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are handled according to Paddle's Buyer Terms, which apply to every order.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

7. Service level

We work hard to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, your public pages and smart links go offline; we may retain or delete your data in line with our Privacy Notice.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

10. General

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction, and disputes will be handled by its courts unless mandatory law says otherwise. If any clause is found invalid, the rest remain in force.
