We want you to be happy with Audioglyph.io. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of an Artist Pro or Artist Plus subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and follow the instructions there, or contact our support team through the app and we will help you.

Paddle's own Refund Policy and Buyer Terms also apply to every order.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling is separate from a refund request: if you also want your money back for a recent order, use the refund process above within the 30-day window.
